Del Knudson – Owner/Designated Broker

Born and raised in the Kittitas Valley, I can help you with all your real estate needs in Ellensburg, Kittitas, Thorp and Cle Elum Areas. My family has lived in Kittitas County for four, going on five, generations. We first came to this area in 1950 when my grandfather Emanuel Knudson, along with my folks Loel and Necia Knudson, bought property out in the Taneum. We raised commercial beef cattle until 1990 when my dad sold most of the ranch to the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. In addition to being a rancher in Kittitas County I have worked in residential construction starting in 1975. I started my Real Estate career in 2003 with John L Scott Real Estate. I’m here to serve God, family and community through honest dealings for real estate clients and community involvement. May God bless and keep us all.

“If we ever forget that we’re one nation under GOD, then we will be a nation gone under.”

Ken Rusch – Owner/Broker

Ken Rusch was born in raised in Santa Rosa, California to a real estate developer from the Tri-cities. After serving four years in the United States Army, Ken was honorably discharged in 1996 after his father’s passing where he transitioned into the family business. He moved to the Kittitas Valley in 2002 where he began his career in property management. Although only living in the valley for the past 13 years, his ties extend back to the 1930’s, when his grandparents migrated from Oklahoma and started their family. With both of his parents being in real estate and property development, Ken has spent most of his adult life in and around the real estate community. When Ken is not working, he enjoys spending time with his new family, his Wife Deena, son Karsten and step–daughter Kodee. When time permits, he also helps out in the community by volunteering his time for the Cle Elum Eagles as a trustee.
